I'm looking for something similar, but for amounts around $1-2.

What restrictions can you tolerate? For example, US-only, or EU-only, or require people to sign up for bank accounts.

I can't imagine PayPal will be happy with a new account doing several thousand outgoing transactions, for one thing.

I would love global and not require a bank account sign up (want to be minimally intrusive). And yes thousands of outgoing transactions a day would be great.
