Getting tons of bounces in the last 48 hours for @hotmail.com, @live.com, @outlook.com and @msn.com. A lot of the error messages are just "smtp; 550 4.4.7 Message expired: unable to deliver in 840 minutes.Ive noticed in the AWS support forums several topics on this but there appears to be no way in my AWS account to submit a ticket because I don't have paid support but I think its a wider issue.
