#2As all meetings are now remote, and most people get fed up with wearing a headset for too long, all our meetings are half an hour maximum. We found most meetings were redundant or outright unnecessary.

#3I find the agile ritualist to be one of the primary sources of meeting inflation. No problem is too small that this class of people won’t schedule a “check-in” for.
