#2No. Covid and the job market make that impossible. I know that if we reopened, I'd lose half my team within the month.

How would allowing people to optionally come back cause a mass exodus? Do you think they would feel pressured and instead decide to leave?

#4In my corner of the tech industry there's not been an expectation anyone will return until next year. I think this will be extended until early summer. Though the worldview on covid could change somewhat dramatically after next week.
