Our startup has been growing very fast in the last few yeas, but we're struggling to adapt our organization structure to better suite the needs:

* The organization is flat, so a lot of management work is pushed towards engineering, which causes friction.

* The product is a giant monolith with poor modularity, which makes growing teams hard and the initial ramping up of new hires longer than it could be.

* We're pretending to do agile with daily standups and everything, and it's super weird with a lot of useless communication.

I could go on. This is why I'm asking you HN to suggest me any information sources (books, blogposts, articles) on how to create successful engineering organizations, especially in a rapid-grown environment where the moment of "oh shit, we're an actual company with enterprise customers now" has been reached, but the organization hasn't fully adjusted.
