Different wallets have different rates to buy BTC.
So, How about buying in an exchange which has a lower BTC rate and send that BTC to a wallet which has higher Sell rate and make profits?

Of course the reason arbitrage opportunities are not supposed to exist is that some people keep trying to find them, and when they find them they make them disappear.
You can try to do it, but unless you have a competitive advantage of some kind, like say lower exchange fees or quick access to market data, you will probably not make money.
