I used to work on a different product on various industries in my current companies, I always felt that my work has purpose and my software is actually helping people more productive, My project manager thought that I'm a good programmer and wanted me to work on his app, he managed to convince the company to fund his own new app.
Here the thing, I hate the app, it is social network app that is more than 10 years late, in fact googling the idea I found the app already exists with same spec and several spins off with more targeted niche, and telling my friends about the idea they always answer why I use the app when I can do the same on Facebook.
Sudennyl I feel unmotivated to work, I hate the stack that I'm currently working on and I don't have the heart or the guts to give my honest opinion about the project.
And I feel guilty for my low productivity, I really don't know what to do.
