My girlfriends (usually over-reactive, but in this case, fears are justified) is worried that Trump's administration will come after her Muslim friends (most are citizens born to 1st generation immigrants). She is also worried that somehow Trump's administration will next come after Indian (like me) and Chinese immigrants as well as Citizens. I was born here in California to Indian immigrant parents.
She wants us to think about moving to Europe or Australia.
I told her
1) It's a stretch to say that Trump will come after non-muslims, but am not sure anymore. Anyone have thoughts or info on if he'll come after all races and religions besides Muslims?
2) That it's not any different in Europe, and Australia is also not welcoming towards Indians and immigrants.
What are my options? She is pretty adament, and I think my last option would be to leave her, (but I'd rather not).
