I seek some advise.
I am working at a startup (india) leading the tech , its been around 1.5 yrs, compensation with some fixed salary and stocks option. Now they want me to leave. I worked on stablizing the product, helped implement all business verticals, tuned for required processes, security & scalability, created team around the product. For first year I worked double my energy. After team was added I moved to less coding and desgning (architect), guiding, managing and RnD stuff. Company is doing great.(Funded in first round, now going for second round.)
Now, they do not need me and want me to leave just like that, no compensation!. The fixed component is less. They say they had changed the company name, so the new company has not completed 1 yrs, so cannot process stock option.
How should I approach this?
