Tidelift is building a product to help organizations effectively manage the open source that they use while building applications. To help make this happen, we work with the maintainers of many open source projects to help deliver the product and pay them based off of subscriber usage. We're a well-funded company, remote-first from day one, and growing fast.

We're looking to add a couple of mid to senior level engineers to the team, probably with a backend focus. Our backend is mostly written in Ruby although we have been starting to build some small components with Go. And of course, there is JavaScript on the frontend. The backend includes APIs consumed by the frontend as well as a backend processing pipeline.
