#9240 EUR/mo for 250 Mbps down, 50 Mbps up. Actual down is often about 280. Germany, Deutsche Telekom DSL in a semi-urban neighborhood with no cable service.
Damn, that's terrible by most EU standards, very similar to here in Austria.
