#92Parasol helps enterprises build blockchain networks to support real-world, internet-scale use cases. We've partnered with large gaming IPs, entertainment agencies, retail and financial institutions to help their businesses become Web3-enabled.
If you are a senior engineer who loves infrastructure, distributed systems, cryptography or consensus mechanisms, this could be a very interesting and rewarding job for you.
Specifically we are hiring for 2 roles:
1. Blockchain enthusiasts with experience in Golang or Rust. Familiarity with CosmosSDK or Tendermint Core is ideal.
2. If you are a generalist backend engineer with senior experience that is looking to transition into the blockchain space, we would love to talk to you as well.
The company culture is empathetic, playful and high-execution impact. We aim to keep team small, tight knit and ultra high quality.
Our team is led by ex-Meta and Uber engineers, the top researchers at MIT/Harvard and serial founders who have had multiple exits and 1 IPO. This is an opportunity to be an early team member of a company that's well funded, has revenue and contributing to onboarding the next billion people onto Web3.
If you're interested feel free to email me directly kai [at] parasol [dot] xyz

#93Could we make `4DWW` an explicit tag? Four Day Work Week is the most alluring feature for a job for me (besides 100% remote). It's the only feature that could pull me away from current employment.

Yeah, I had a job once that had every Friday between memorial day and labor day off. It was awesome! If the pay would have been competitive I would have stayed forever.
