Shipyard offers 60+ open-source low-code templates that are configured using a visual interface, replacing the need to write code to build data workflows while enabling data engineers to get their work into production faster. If a solution can’t be built with existing templates, engineers can always automate scripts in the language of their choice to bring any internal or external process into their workflows. We enable data teams to accomplish more without relying on other teams or worrying about infrastructure challenges, while also ensuring that business teams trust the data made available to them.

We're a fast-growing startup with the financial backing of a larger company, aiming to achieve rapid growth over the next year. Our back-end technology stack is built on AWS/Docker/Terraform/Postgres/Redis/Go with the front-end built in React.js/Redux/Ant Design. We are looking for:

Software engineer (junior/mid/senior): You will develop software solutions using various technologies in a complex, low-latency, high-throughput environment with high up-time requirements. Our technology stack is built in Java, JavaScript, C++, Kotlin, Postgres, Redis, and Aerospike. We require experience with Linux, SQL, web servers, and at least one interpreted and compiled language. Experience with Java, AWS, NoSQL, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and message queue systems (such as Kafka) is a plus. Additionally, fluent English is required.
