UserLeap is the continuous research platform that allows companies to know in real-time why customers sign-up, engage, and remain loyal. We recently raised our Series B led by a16z and are also backed by Accel and First Round. Our Eng VP built and scaled Uber's marketplace and our Head of Machine Learning has a Ph.D and drives that AI that provides actionable recommendations to customers.

We've been named a startup to breakout in 2021, our founder has five previous exits, and we were recently named a top SF startup and a certified Great Place to Work. We're looking to grow our team quickly especially on the technical side so looking for team members ready to jump in, put their hands in the wet cement and build.

Our customers, some of the largest (re-)insurers in the world, help those farmers manage this volatility by insuring them against agricultural risks. We collect high quality yield/claims data which is essential to providing crop insurance products. Then, we correlate this data with signals obtained from satellite imagery and use machine learning, so that we can predict volatility and, ultimately, price and settle insurance products. We started in 2017, currently serve all big names in France, and are launched in Europe, Ukraine, Uruguay, South Africa, and a host of other countries.

We believe that there's plenty of room for improvement in 3D printing - particularly in the software domain - and are looking for people to join our RnD and product teams in developing geometry processing and engineering workflow tools.

Open software roles:

* Frontend Engineer (typescript, react, WebGL) - Building the interface for working with 3D models and materials characteristics. UI/UX experience a big plus.

* Backend Engineer (rust, k8s, docker, redis, postgres) - Developing and maintaining a web service, workers, databases etc. Backend stuff with a sprinkle of geometry.

* Computational Geometry Engineer (rust) - Geometric analysis and 3D model processing. FEM and simulation experience or materials knowledge is _extremely_ helpful here too.

* UI/UX Designer - This role will be integral to help guide our product, brand, and design language moving forwards
