It's a good talk, but if you go read the research he's citing, he took a great deal of liberties. :-|
Where can I find the research and the liberties he used? I really liked the RSA drawed-up version of the talk, and I thought it was based on real hard science..

#93Ben Zander (conductor of the Boston Philharmonic) gives an amazing presentation on "Music and Passion." It is my favorite TED talk besides Simon Sinek's, which you mentioned.
