You should have:
- Breadth in many different skill areas (Maybe you’ve written APIs and some front-ends and done some light devops and know a bit of Photoshop and have coded in a functional language … the more the merrier)
- Depth in one area that you can really school us on (Perhaps you’ve written a pubsub framework as a sideproject?)
- Experience writing code as part of a (preferably large) team
I'm Billy Tetrud, the Founder of Tixit. We're a small (9 person) team building an extensible and user-friendly project management system. We're looking for a 2nd technical cofounder to accelerate the development of our product. You'd be working with me (the other technical cofounder) in designing and implementing the core backend as well the web frontend. We value our test-driven development, clear internal and external documentation, and doing things right to build and maintain momentum. Our stack is node.js and mongodb.
