We're a small-ish global company with offices in Milwaukee, LA, and Romania (where our founder was from before he moved to LA). We focus on building ecommerce websites and helping our clients with full digital transformation.

This role will start out learning the ropes by assisting our solution architects, but the goal is to have this role be promoted up to a Tech Lead running projects on their own. The ideal candidate here has a few years of .NET experience but isn't quite ready to be leading full projects by themselves. We'll help get you to that point!

Lot of great benefits (Over 4 weeks PTO being a particular highlight), and while we have core hours you need to be online we've always been pretty flexible on WFH. Right now offices are open but it's not required to come into the office with the pandemic. I probably haven't been in since before Thanksgiving, though I'm hoping we're able to start getting everyone back together this summer.

Trellis is a hardware and software company that enables farmers to make better decisions about their farm. We sell sensors that farmers install in their fields in addition to a web dashboard that allows them to view their aggregated data.
