"Who is hiring" replies have tighter length restrictions than regular comments. There frequently isn't enough space. Previously, when I posted ads, I did the kind of thing you're suggesting by having a following reply with additional details. I was asked to stop.

HN really needs to change the rules on this, if that's so - it's incredibly problematic that candidates can't compare processes.
