59K for a senior fullstack engineer in Hamburg is crazy low.

I agree that more would be better. The position is grant-funded and the grant has strict rules on funding limits.

Anybody surprised that the tech sector in Germany is in the state it's in?

Jobmarket in Germany is currently crashed; most people would be happy to get an offer for "only" 60k

Mozilla (Tabstack) | Founding GTM Lead | Remote (US/Canada) | Full-time

Mozilla’s New Products organization is an internal incubator for high-potential ventures. We are building Tabstack (https://tabstack.ai), the browser automation stack for AI agents. Our goal is to make it dead-simple for developers to integrate fast, reliable web interactions into agentic applications.

We are looking for a Founding GTM Lead to own the 0→1 journey. This isn't a "standard" marketing role; it’s for someone with a founder’s hustle who can speak the language of AI engineers and bridge the gap between technical APIs and commercial traction.

The Role:

- Drive early customer acquisition through scrappy, high-signal experiments.

- Own messaging/positioning for a technical audience (LangChain, Playwright, LLM orchestration).

- Translate customer friction into product roadmap priorities.

- Secure our first commercial wins and design partners.

Requirements:

- Technical Fluency: You understand browser automation mechanics and the current LLM landscape.

- 5+ years experience: A mix of DevRel, Technical Sales, PMM, or Founder experience.

- Founder Hustle: You can generate leads and write technical docs without a massive marketing budget.

Values: You align with Mozilla’s mission of a healthy, open internet.

We don’t have a public job post yet, so please reach out directly to https://linkedin.com/in/tbeauvais.

L2 Labs | Founding (AI/Software) Engineer + Founding Research Scientist | NYC | https://www.l2labs.ai/

L2 Labs is a new kind of AI lab pursuing research at the intersection of database systems and AI, driven by real-world challenges from our enterprise partners. We are backed by Cornell University, https://www.focal.vc/, and New York University.

We are a team of hard-working, talented researchers and engineers who are obsessive about greenfield problems. We thrive on work that is equal parts compelling, difficult, and fun. Our favorite days at the office are when we get caught up ideating on a hard problem, writing code + experiments, whiteboarding, and before we know it, we've ordered pizza, it's 2am and the problem is finally solved.

We are looking for talented researchers + engineers to join our Founding team. This is an owner-operator role - it's your opportunity to help build a new kind of applied AI research lab from scratch with very meaningful upside in the form of a generous equity package.
