https://www.thegamingpub.com/ is such a great newsletter for those who like to check gaming news.

Hey FeatureIncomple,

Thanks for the shoutout. I'm the one responsible for the newsletter and very pleased that you enjoy it. Any feedback or suggestion is appreciated!

In the beginning of last year, I felt buried in information and I ended up unsubscribing from just about everything.

I now follow a handful of great curators instead. It's probably the best thing I did last year to find more signal online.

My favorite is Stew's Letter: https://stewfortier.com/subscribe

It's a short email that comes out every week or so and includes a funny/entertaining collection of ideas across a broad range of topics.

It has very few external links and can be read in one sitting, which means I end up actually reading it.

David Perell sends out a similar email that I also enjoy (though, there are more links): https://www.perell.com/newsletter

Is this a "growth marketing" campaign for substack? I counted 11 references to substack. I'd just like to know when I'm being manipulated.

I think that Substack has experienced pretty widespread adoption within the crowd who hangs out on this site.

At least that's what my Twitter feed would have me believe.

Johnn Four Roleplaying Tips - Great if you GM or are simply interested in fantasy. Been 'subscribed' to him since college, just not all through email. https://roleplayingtips.com/

The Growth Equation - Research on athletes & productivity, with links to scientific papers and well-researched articles. Content is top, I've taken more notes from some emails than I have from entire books. https://thegrowtheq.com/articles/
