OkCupid is an online dating product that aims to help users match based on what matters most to them. We are growing rapidly in many countries and we are looking for great engineers to help millions of people all around the world find love!

We maintain a very small team—- fewer than 50 engineers building a product used by millions of people all over the globe. This means that every single engineer on the team has complete ownership of their work and a huge impact on our product. We are very passionate about the positive impact that we are making in our users' lives, and engineers here have a lot of involvement in the product process, figuring out the best ways to achieve that impact.

Bixoto is an ecommerce company looking to make ecommerce more local and sustainable. We started in 2020 and are entirely self-funded. We operate the ecommerce website bixoto.com and aim to create additional services around it. For example, we’re currently working on HundredTrees, a solution to estimate the CO2e impact of what you buy online in order to later be able to reduce it.

The team currently includes the two tech/business cofounders, one dev and one marketing intern. The marketing intern and one founder are located in Barcelone (Spain), while the other founder is in Rennes (France) and the dev in Paris (France). In order to facilitate the paperwork we’d prefer to hire someone in one of these countries, but don’t hesitate to contact us if you’re interested even if you’re elsewhere.

We have large ambitions and are looking to expand the team to work on them. We’re looking for two new tech/data persons including one intern. Note the company is in early stage, so this is an opportunity to learn a lot while shaping the future of the company.

The website uses Magento and the backend is in Python. We have some other projets with Vue on the front. We may use Elixir or other technologies in the future based on the team’s interests.

-Senior Full-Stack and Front-End developer strong at Python and/or JS, experience in client relations, project management, design, Django, React. Experience with mobile is a plus.

-Rust developer with client management and product management experience. Experience with React JS and Cryptocurrency environment is a plus.
