In this role, you will continually iterate towards the optimal organizational and functional design that enables the development and delivery great products, balancing progression of the Product Roadmap with paying down technical debt. You will serve as an acting-CTO, working closely with our most senior engineers to align the technical, product and hiring roadmaps. You can also expect to mentor and coach our functional leaders and team leads, developing their skills as people managers.

From a tech-stack perspective, we currently use Java, Scala, React, Akka, Java EE, WildFly, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, Redis, Python, Tensorflow, PyTorch, AWS, Docker on ECS, Git, Github, CircleCI, JIRA and Confluence.
