REMOTE (US & Canada) - Hiring Full Stack Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, Chief Technology Officer for an $8 billion market opportunity

We are working with one of the largest property insurance carriers in the US to build the next generation of wind and hail damage assessment technology, and we’re hiring for Full Stack Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, and Chief Technology Officer.

Insurance companies in the US spend over $8B a year on loss claim adjustments, which is a highly manual process. We are building a web application that automates existing workflows with the help of Computer Vision and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (drones).

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to own our web application, a Machine Learning Engineer to own our computer vision pipelines, and a Chief Technology Officer to lead and grow the engineering team. Our current stack is TypeScript/Vue and Python/FastAPI.

You'll be joining a small team composed of successful entrepreneurs and alumni from top Bay Area companies.

We are currently in the seed stage and are planning to raise in Q2 2021. Initially you would be hired as a consultant for our Fortune 500 partner until we raise. Significant compensation is available in the form of both cash and equity.

Now we have thousands of customers who are selling online using Roadster: we host the consumer website, list vehicle details, quote up-front prices, gather your credit, and our dealers deliver new or used cars to your home. As the showrooms reopen, we are running on iPads and kiosks and bring the same modern experience into the store. Buyers save hours and dealers sell more cars with fewer sales agents.

Roadster is looking for full-stack, backend and devops software engineers to join our team of 12 developers in a 130+ person company. We focus obsessively on both the consumer experience as well as building the most complete and accurate content and workflow for automotive transactions.
