I'm a polyglot software engineer looking to get back into day-to-day programming after being in management for the last few years. I've worked in software since ~2011 and have worked with many tech stacks during that time- from PHP to Scala and Next.js to Rails. I've been fully remote since 2016 and have hired and managed and worked alongside globally remote team members at multiple companies. I've spent the majority of my career in venture-funded b2b SaaS and I'm familiar and comfortable working in a high-velocity company.

My approach (both as a manager as a team member) centers on 1:1s, transparent retros, and fostering a deep understanding of the business purpose behind the work we do. If this sounds like the type of culture that you have or wish to build, I'd love to hear from you and learn how I can support your mission and the team helping you accomplish it.

My family and I are currently located in the Orlando, FL area, but are actively looking to relocate to somewhere in Texas, elsewhere in Florida, or Tennessee, or we’re open to international locations as well.
