As well as keeping up with the latest front end framework(s) which rather like the expanding universe accelerates over time, it may be worth learning a speciality like security or performance or testability. Are you interested in management?

In Columbus, Ohio the Columbus Computer Society has SIG's (Special Interest Groups) [ https://ccscmh.org/special-interest-groups/ ]. I don't know where you live but if it's big enough (and especially if there's a concentration of computers professionals) there may be SIG's in your area where you can talk with others like yourself. In Canada, There were several meetups near-ish to me, but they sort of died off during covid and are only now getting going again.
