I am an experienced backend cloud dev currently finishing my Masters of Robotics Engineering. I have extensive experience with backend systems. I have recently built remote data pipelines for multiple robotics startups and automated deep learning train/evaluate/deploy pipelines for machine vision products. I have built software that configures, coordinates, and manages fleets of robotic devices deployed across the globe.

Mostly recently ran the Infrastructure/Backend team for a robotic arm setup, acting as both senior engineering and team manager. I have ran multiple feature and product teams as team lead/tech lead in the past as well. I am interested in individual contributor focused roles, though I am fine acting in leadership roles.

I am looking to either continue applying my skill to interesting problems or work more directly with robotic software such as motion planning/vision.

I reside in San Diego but would be willing to relocate for the right offer. I am fine with remote work and have done so for the past 3 years.

Full stack engineer with about 9 years of experience. I'm interested in solving hard problems and would love to help build creative and beautiful solutions. Machine learning, optimization, and games are three particular points of interest, but working with functional languages is always a plus.
