Sometimes I browse here looking for one-off. It would be nice (for me) if folk included a base-rate or something, tell me a bit about your billing.

Eg: I'm $250 USD/hr, 4h min, pre-paid. No individual projects longer than 80h. Will provide estimates and breakout against "good" specs.
