As an engineer at Fraction, you will be working across the entire Fraction stack, responsible for adding new products and features. Fraction is looking for engineers with experience both in frontend and backend development to help build out its platform.

We collect and provide data on 147+ million properties in the US through our SaaS platform, API, and bulk data sales. We're successfully growing a small business in a field dominated by inflexible incumbents.

We're looking for a full stack React + Rails developer with 3 or more years of experience. You'll contribute across our services, starting with our SaaS platform. You'll work on a range of intriguing problems with a small team, so clear communication and a track record of working with stakeholders is important. Experience with open source spatial tools (PostGIS, GDAL) is a plus.

We use a variety of open-source technology and our core application is a CMS built with Python and Django.
