Please don't break the rules at the top of the thread. I know that some companies have poor hiring practices, but the job ad thread isn't a good place to litigate this, because there's no way to look into both sides of the story. Not saying you're wrong—it's just the principle.

Rule, stated clearly at beginning: "Please only post if you personally are part of the hiring company—no recruiting firms or job boards." Workable is a job board!

I see your point (and thanks for watching out for the quality of the thread!), but as long the post comes from someone at a specific company hiring for that specific company, it's ok that they link to an external site like that.

What that rule is intended to avoid are recruiters and generic job boards posting ads to the Who Is Hiring threads.
