Half our job is to help our customers design, deploy and troubleshoot the latest and greatest in Google Cloud products: Compute Engine (IaaS), Container Engine (Kubernetes), App Engine (PaaS), Managed VMs (Docker), BigQuery and Dataflow (big data), and many more; the other half is to ensure that our customers can accomplish their goals without even needing to contact us.
