Assuming it's okay to post about our mutual aid crypto project, which went through Techstars and Boost, rather than YC:

Seeds (seedsgives.com) is a social good blockchain tool working to build abundance for all through giving.

Anyone can redeem a SEED, our ERC-20, to ask for monetary help. "Redeeming a SEED" constitutes sending it to a designated wallet address and completing a simple web form. All who give toward the need receive SEEDS in thanks.

For example, say someone redeems a SEED to ask for $1000 to cover rent. If you gave $25 to that need, you'd receive $25 in SEEDS in thanks, at market price (per Uniswap) at the time of your gift.

If and when the $1000 is sourced, it is transferred to the requester in SEEDS at requisite market price. Recurring giving options for larger SEEDS rewards are available as well.

The idea is that we want the giving people to be the ones who build wealth when crypto goes up, because then they'll have more resourcing to keep improving this world.

We're seeking a super smart, creative, kind full-stack engineer, ideally with experience using React, Node and Solidity.
