Could we make `4DWW` an explicit tag? Four Day Work Week is the most alluring feature for a job for me (besides 100% remote). It's the only feature that could pull me away from current employment.

Yeah, I had a job once that had every Friday between memorial day and labor day off. It was awesome! If the pay would have been competitive I would have stayed forever.

I’m just rabble rousing but maybe a better name is needed. 4DWW could mean 40h (4x10) or 32h, which is a huge difference. I’m assuming you’re referring to the second? Maybe the former will fall out fashion eventually, but whenever I hear discussion of 4DWW it’s usually that one

It's 4 days of 8h each (32h total) with no loss of pay.
