learn how to surf. go live in a surf town. constant social interaction... not the deepest but it's constant & you can learn to feel more comfortable with light, non needy conversation... after your brain adjusts to that, probably socializing anywhere will become easier. That's my theory anyhow.

#592Get out of the house. Doens't matter if you want to, force yourself to. Do classes/activities with other people. Quikckly you'll meet people and things will change. But the key key key thing is - don't sit at home alone. You'll just become depressed. And don't ask yourself if you want to get out. Just do it.
