These positions are fully remote (US only) with core hours between 1 PM and 5 PM EST. Authorization to work in the United States is required.

We are looking for multiple roles at the moment:

Full-Stack or Elixir Developer To qualify you must have proven full-stack development experience with Elixir/Phoenix (or similar frameworks), and have taken software features from idea to design, development, and released it to users. We work with Phoenix, (LiveView, Exq/Oban) and Postgres, use DataDog for monitoring, and host on AWS. Bonus if you have understanding of Ember.js, React and/or React Native, and HashiCorp products (Terraform, Nomad, Vault).

Mobile Developer We manage four apps in a monorepo using React Native. We'd like to upgrade the codebase, put in react-query, and start using graphql. If this is something you can help us with (and set us up for the next wave of customers), you might enjoy this role.

DevOps Engineer (Terraform a bonus) We are embarking on a pretty big project that would involve potentially moving up to 80 websites over to a modern, containerized architecture using Terraform (on AWS). If this seems appealing, get in touch!

Phantom Network (PxN) is seeking a Rust Engineer for our Core Products team. The Core Product team is responsible for the foundational application, including text/voice chats, an NFT-gated authentication system, a peer-to-peer marketplace, and a job board.

Our engineers drive impact at scale and are empowered to own features end to end on our customer facing application. Our mission is to shape the future of NFTs, digital identity, and Web3 browsing, and this role is pivotal to achieving this.

In this role you will: Develop microservices for our social application to be efficient, secure, and scalable. Take systems from design to product and operate on a large scale. Work cross functionally with product and backend teams to ensure features shipped are aligned with overall product strategy. Extracting core components into optimal, clean Rust code Institute best practices and industry standards in the development process.

Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of experience with Rust 2+ years contributing to system design and architecture (design patterns, reliability, scaling) of existing and new systems. Solid Experience with Tokio, Active Web, Rocket Familiarity with functional or component testing of services Deep understanding of the full web technology stack (e.g. HTTP, cookies, asset loading, caching, REST, etc) Basic understanding of crypto, DeFi, & blockchains
