I recently converted to full-time myself, because this is a company that I believe in, with a great vision, ego-less, very collaborative, yet a lot of autonomy and accountability in teams, with a great, trusting relationship with our product owners, and exciting problems to work on. Moving like a startup, but on the back of a giant.
