Lucia | Founding ML Engineer, Growth Engineer | Remote | Luciaprotocol.com

Lucia is changing how data can be used for growth and revenue generation. With our open source SDK you can collect 10x the amount of data from your visitors whether that’s in your website, web app or mobile app. Read more about us at https://docs.luciaprotocol.com

We’re looking for a mix of positions.

- Sr ML Engineer ($135k-240k)

- Growth Engineer ($160k-170k)

● Are self-motivated and can work independently

● Driven to constantly learn and are always searching for the bigger picture

● Strong in clear thinking and written communication

For the Growth Engineer: You will build the growth engine as a product. That means rapid pipeline experiments, outbound tooling, segmentation, lead scoring, and retention workflows built on real behavioral and on-chain signals. You will ship scrappy tools and automations that turn messy data into actions, and you will own outcomes, not activity.

For the Founding ML Engineer: You will build the intelligence core. That includes models and systems that resolve pseudo-anonymous visitors into high fidelity profiles, power a language interface for querying and decisioning, and continuously improve prediction quality over time. You will work close to the data, close to the product, and close to customers.

Please email apply[at]luciaprotocol[dot]com with the subject line HN + the name of your role applying for, if this sounds like the right fit for you.

Earlier quoted context omitted.

Just had this idea the other day playing some pickleball too. Would do the business a little differently though

Curious to hear what you'd do differently!

My initial idea was to go B2B, a simple camera device per court that flashes red on out of bounds shot. Let's businesses provide a quality of life upgrade.

looked more into swing vision and there's so much to it, looks like a great tool
