We are hiring a software engineer for the team. This is a unique opportunity to have a major impact on the company’s success and the team culture. Job Requirements

- At least 5 years working in Ruby on Rails

- Familiarity with JavaScript

Compensation and Benefits

- The salary range for this role is $150k - $200k, depending on experience.

Hi. How come Hightouch requires a LinkedIn URL, but does not require a resume/CV, in order to submit a job application?

Shouldn't that be reversed (ie - social media profiles are optional)?

Also, do you consider that social media profile URLs may be included within a resume? If so, why create additional busy work?
