Hi, I'm Will Jessop, currently the now part time CTO of Impactive looking for new opportunities in Rails application scaling and performance or technical leadership. Technically I have a huge amount of experience in scaling and optimising Ruby on Rails applications, Postgres database performance and scalable application architecture.
