Bear in mind that Schmidt and Hunter absolutely have an agenda to promote their own research on integrity. I figure name dropping one's self is sort of your commission for doing a lit review article like that instead of more research.

What's going on with the salary? 3k/month in Sunnyvale seems really low, even accounting for not requiring a degree or experience.

We'd like to offer more (and hope to do so over time), but for now, we're a small, bootstrapped company.
