What is your tech stack? What are the required skills for this role?

Typescript all the way through. Required skills is to be able to build with little guidance. Really caring about the product and user experience is key. This is a startup environment and things move fast.

you say you want an honest employee to work with you to work in your tiny team, yet you don't even have the courtesy of even sending an acknowledgment response after I (honest freelancer, 3+ yrs exp) emailed you a no-BS proposal to collaborate many days ago. I guess you only want the flood of AI-slop cover letters and resumes that exaggerate the credentials, good luck finding a good needle in the hay.

I can only imagine that is because you aren't based in the US or they are flooded with applications
