I'm a fullstack developer from Poland with over 14 years of experience, currently looking for a new opportunity where I can contribute both engineering and product experience. My background is pretty wide: I started as a mobile developer and gradually moved into frontend and backend. I consider myself tech-agnostic and a generalist who uses technology pragmatically. I use my judgment to know when to go really deep and optimize, and when good is good enough and it's time to move forward and deliver value fast. My most recent stack is Elixir, Next.js, React, and Ruby on Rails, but I've worked with plenty of other frameworks and I'm open to new ones. I'm confident my experience lets me switch easily.

Over my career I've worked in very different setups: directly with solo founders on their MVPs, and in multi-team engineering organizations on well-established products. I feel most comfortable where I can build things end to end, where I don't just code but look much broader: from exploration and investigating user behavior, through thinking about the whole customer journey, quick concepts and building the solution, to validating hypotheses and measuring outcomes.

I'm also fully AI-native. I use AI fluently in my daily work, and thanks to that I'm more of an operator than a writer of code: I supervise, direct, and review rather than type everything by hand. It also means I work truly end to end and don't set strict boundaries between development, DevOps, and everything in between.
