Hookdeck (https://hookdeck.com) | Product Eng, Growth Eng, Backend Eng | Full-Time | Remote (World)

Hookdeck is an infrastructure to consume webhooks simply & reliably. Incoming webhooks are challenging because they require a well-built (and often complex) asynchronous system. We help developers spend less building and troubleshooting issues with their webhooks to focus on their products instead. We offer a complete infrastructure to develop, test, receive, distribute and monitor webhooks and asynchronous events.

If you are looking to be part of a early stage team, fully leverage your knowledge & talent, have an impact on the product experience and implement features from scratch then this might be for you!

We are offering competitive compensation, generous stock options and liberty over your geo & schedule.

We are looking forward to hearing from you! Email me at alex@hookdeck.com

DuckDuckGo - We are looking for candidates that are excited to join us on a mission to raise the standard of trust online. All of our roles are fully-remote, except where specific locations are noted. https://duckduckgo.com/hiring Worldwide Remote Open Roles at DuckDuckGo: Senior Developers: -Windows, iOS, Frontend (Javascript), Android, MacOS Director, Product Strategy and Director, Product Design Senior Art Manager…

Hi Bill,

I wanted to apply but your application does not respect my time.

Required fields:

-What is it about DuckDuckGo that excites you?

-What's your favorite thing that you've worked on and why?

-Tell us about a performance problem in an application or library you've worked on.

-Tell us about a project where you learned a lot. What would you do differently?

-Since asking questions and questioning assumptions are big parts of our culture, we are curious to ask: what questions would you have for us?

This is an entire hour-long behavioral interview except I'm typing it into a form that statistically will go in the shredder.

Platform.sh | REMOTE | Full-Time | https://platform.sh

Platform.sh is a unified, secure, enterprise-grade platform for building, running and scaling fleets of websites and applications.

We serve thousands of customers worldwide including The United Nations, Ikea, The Financial Times, Gap, Adobe Commerce/Magento, Orange, Hachette, Stanford University, Harvard University and The British Council.

We are among the momentum leaders in Cloud PaaS according to G2 https://www.g2.com/categories/cloud-platform-as-a-service-pa...

Recently, we have finished $140 million series D funding.

Here's how it works (get a free trial and go crazy):

Pick a template from https://github.com/platformsh-templates and customize it (add your assets, specify infra) as per https://docs.platform.sh/overview/structure.html

Then push to your Platform.sh repo, BOOM! magic happens and you have a working site that you can branch, test, customize, go-live. Dead simple, you don't need Kubernetes, just basic git knowledge.

Tech stack is LXC with some Python awesomeness, Puppet, Ceph and GlusterFS. Tooling is in Python and Go. Yep, we are multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, ...).

What I love:

• Great work-life balance (remote only company, you can work on a contract, but you also get PTO incl. your national holidays, parental leave)

• Lots of smart people from around the world

• Work on interesting stuff

• Company shares (discretionary)

• Good comp package, pick your HW, get reimbursed for trainings and other stuff

Reviewable | Bay Area, CA, USA or Remote | Full Time | Generalist / Backend Developers | Typescript | https://reviewable.io/ https://github.com/Reviewable/Reviewable/tree/master/careers

Reviewable is a very small, bootstrapped business that sells our code review software to some of the largest companies around. We've been around long enough to be much more stable than your average startup, yet stayed small enough to avoid crippling bureaucracy — everybody reports directly to the founder/CEO. We're engineer-centric and fully remote. However, we prefer hiring US residents and offer the usual benefits: health and dental insurance, 401(k) plans with company contributions, unlimited vacation, etc. We've built a company and a codebase where we enjoy working day-to-day and hope that you will too!

onXmaps, Inc | Montana or REMOTE, USA only | https://www.onxmaps.com/careers ABOUT – Are you an Engineer who loves the outdoors? Join onX! onX is a suite of digital navigation apps (Hunt, Offroad, and Backcountry) that empower millions of outdoor enthusiasts. If you’re passionate about writing great software, love playing outside, believe in protecting access to public lands, and want to dominate the off-pavement mob…

As someone who grew up in Montana, saying Montana as the location makes me laugh. Might want to add a city, even if you do have remote as an option. Western montana to eastern Montana is 8 hours on a good day.
