Farmstead | iOS & full-stack leads | REMOTE (North America) | Full-time | https://www.farmsteadapp.com

Farmstead is an established and growing online grocer. I run the engineering team and have built food delivery solutions at both Deliveroo and Home Chef previously. I am currently looking to fill two key roles:

- A full-stack engineer (Rails/React) that can lead our consumer team.

- A native iOS developer that can build a great consumer shopping experience from scratch.

We're a small (~10 people), fully-remote product and engineering team. You'll have enormous influence on our goal to reinvent the grocery shopping experience, increasing accessibility and reducing food waste without adding costly fees and markups like others.

Please reach out if you're interested at michael+hiring@farmsteadapp.com.

Apologies if this is too off topic for the hiring thread. As a community, I think we can agree that not everyone is great at negotiating salary, and this leads to unequal treatment. Out of kindness for our fellow HNers, perhaps we should ask, or even demand, of those who post here offering jobs to put a salary range on their job posts. I think that would help a lot of people not only get an idea if the job is worth a…

Good call. Post updated. Thank you for advocating.

All of my agreements. The Devops Engineers slack (devopsengineers.com) has been enforcing this recently, and we've had a notable uptick in the quality of job postings.
