#55A software engineer today has Claude Code and Cursor. A mechanical engineer designing the next jet engine? Still searching Excel sheets and asking whoever has been around longest.
We're building the AI co-engineer for physical products - in production with major European manufacturers. Working at the intersection of 3D, reasoning, and long-horizon agents.
Stack: Python, TypeScript, multi-agent orchestration, LLM integrations. Recent work includes a custom multi-agent SDK for durable long-horizon execution and a production pipeline wrapping a C++ CAD SDK.
We are a small team and you own hard problems end-to-end. We offer a competitive salary + early equity.

If this sounds interesting, send your CV to hiring@3ive.ai and the answer to the following question: "What is the hardest technical problem you have owned end-to-end, what made it hard, and what did you learn?"

#56I'm the solo founder/developer of RemoteWorks.pro — a portfolio SaaS for remote professionals. You publish your portfolio on personal subdomain (username.remoteworks.pro) in minutes, with 12 templates, Pro feature gating, a full analytics system, and a built-in SEO content engine (26 blog posts, competitor comparison pages, structured data).
The technical foundation is complete. What's missing is someone who can turn it into a business.
What you'd own: - Growth strategy (SEO leverage, community, content, partnerships) - Acquisition channels — we have comparison pages vs Carrd, Read.cv, Polywork, Contra, etc. ready to rank - Positioning and messaging for the remote work audience - Early user relationships and conversion to Pro ($12/mo or $99/yr)
Who I'm looking for: Someone who has grown an early-stage SaaS or developer tool before. You understand PLG, know how to build in public, and have opinions about which channels to prioritize before paying for anything.
The structure steps up as you prove the role: 10% in year one, 20% from year two, 30% from year two and a half onward. No cliff, no salary — this is a co-founder-level commitment on the GTM side.
Email me directly(me@remoteworks.pro) or reply here.

#57We're building an AI-native platform that turns physics simulations from days-long jobs into millisecond inference. Think: training deep learning surrogates on CFD, FEA, thermal data, and Large Physics Model (LPM) frontier research so engineers can explore thousands of design variants in a single session — across aerospace, semiconductors, energy, and automotive.
You should have the scar tissue of running agents in production and strong opinions on what the future looks like.
We're ~170 people, raised $135M Series B, and backed by General Catalyst, Atomico, Siemens, and Applied Materials. The team includes people from F1, SpaceX, Google, Palantir, and Tesla.

#58North Island Ventures is a crypto-focused investment firm. We are hiring a 2nd engineer to join our CTO in building out an AI investment stack using Python, Typescript, and React. We built out an investment agent that our research team is already using for hours a day, and finding it much more efficient than using Excel for modeling.
The role will involve full stack work and working closely with our investment team - who sit next to you - to figure out how to best integrate LLMs into a real business.
If this sounds interesting please apply here, and mention you found us on HN!
