Willing to relocate: No

I've been doing backend work for the past 13 years, with Python, Django, and Django REST Framework. I'm intimately familiar with schema and data migrations, including migrations between Django projects. I've done a lot of full-stack work as well, with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and React.js. I've worked extensively with startups and I've worked with Twitter. I have a lot of experience working with distributed teams and am open to occasional travel. Available full (~30hrs) or part time. Interested in Python work or full-stack with Python.

I've been a software engineer for over a decade. While I'm fullstack, about 80% of my expertise is in the frontend. I used to be an artist and designer, so I have a keen eye for UI/UX and can collaborate very well with design teams. I've also led teams as an engineering manager and as a co-founder, but prefer IC work moving forward.

In my personal work, I'm building a suite of tools for design/dev collaboration. One is a programming language for UI designers, and the other is a keyboard-centric web design editor (kinda like "Vim for designers"). The suite is called Matry: https://github.com/matry

Hello! I'm Tess. I'm a design-informed fullstack software engineer with three years of coding experience, currently an open-source contributor for ZenML (I'm in the process of wrapping up a project, technical blog post to come soon).

Before that I created Campfire, an open-source, self-hosted CI/CD tool that lets developers automatically provision deploy previews with built-in commenting and recording features, so teams can get and share feedback faster and with less context-switching. You can check it out here: https://campfire-previews.github.io/

I am most excited by projects that help empower the makers, thinkers and doers of the world. As someone who previously worked as a freelance designer, I'd love to contribute to the tools that enable people to work more efficiently, expansively, or collaboratively.

I'm always open to learning something new and I'd love to work with a team that inspires each other to do their best work.

If you're looking for someone like me, I'm looking forward to speaking with you! :-)

Tess

I'm currently working as CTO for a small-ish games company where I have built a team that is really solid- it hurts to leave but I'm very open to becoming an IC again. My background is classical sysadmin (sysadmins who could write C and Perl) and I was trained my former google SRE's over a decade ago.

I've shipped multiple AAA video games where I focused on online infrastructure in mixed environments (Windows, Linux), I've navigated politics of 20,000+ people companies and consistently delivered in a company of I would ideally find a role in working with hard problems related to orchestration of physical machines (as eking out efficiency and automating awkward things is where I find the most joy), working in a high trust environment where I am expected to be self-motivated. I work with a very high degree of pride and this can be a blessing in many situations as I have always gone above and beyond what is needed and adapted to needs to get the best solution available.

I'm willing to relocate anywhere for the right job, I have worked remote and have a good working setup, but in the early months I find it much better to be able to synchronise context face to face.

I'm a British and Swedish citizen, if that matters at all.

Hey, I'm David from Germany. I enjoy software development and working with people. Currently, I live around Heidelberg, Germany and have some connections to Munich.

I have a PhD in computer science and currently work as a developer for a startup. My current focus lies on a typescript backend and internal tooling. I love solving complex technical problems, but also enjoy improving cooperation between teams and team members.

Hi, I'm Jerred. I'm a fullstack engineer with 5 YOE. I love programming and I'm hoping to find a spot where I feel challenged.

I'm more than happy and capable to work on something outside of the skillset I listed above. I'd be very interested in working in a functional language or Rust.

Part-time I'm getting my masters in CS at Georgia Tech. I've taken compilers, distributed systems, and advanced operating systems among others.
