Full-stack engineer looking for my next opportunity! I've been at mid- and early- stage startups for the past ~10 years, so I have experience with fast-moving environments and love shipping things fast and often. I have technical leadership experience that I'm looking to use at a principal/staff level, or I'm looking to start at Senior level with possibility to move to principal/staff within a year or two.

In my spare time, I try my best to make games when I'm not out walking my dog.

- San Antonio, Tx

- Remote - but I can come to the office at times

- Rails, Static site generators (Astro, Middleman)

- [Resume](https://voodoo.github.io/resume/)

- [Github](https://github.com/voodoo)

- paul.vudmaska@gmail.com

- I've got more than 15 years experience as a full stack Ruby on Rails developer

- I've been on hiatus for awhile

- I'm ready to get back to work - Part-time at first - Full-time - if we find I'm a good fit

- This is an opportunity for me to get my foot in the door with AI/Design/Art - Get closer the front end with Figma and static site generators

- For you, this is a low risk, high reward proposition - I'm a veteran, I don't need healthcare

- My [dream job](https://github.com/voodoo/voodoo.github.io/wiki/Dream-job) would be working in an artistic environment using Figma, Blender and AI

- I've spent a good portion of my hiatus learning ([Blender](https://voodoo.github.io/blender/)) - And, lately, [Midjourney](https://www.midjourney.com/app/users/4d6697d0-a99c-48eb-b3cb...)).

- I've got working knowledge of Figma (5 years experience) - Or maybe working as a junior prompt engineer - making UIs with static site generators
