I generally say I make stuff move with code. Interactivity, programmatic animation, dynamic video, colors, vectors, raster pixels, data visualization. No two projects are alike, from serverless on-the-fly dynamic image (or video) rendering, to experiential marketing projects with lights, cameras, kiosks. I dip into python when I need to, such as for image segmentation, image augmentation, face detection, pose estimation, or speech synthesis. While I'm far from being a preeminant expert in most of the tools I have experience with, I can take on any part of the stack in order to ship a working product.

I've been working remotely while traveling for 15 years, and, lately, sailing around the eastern Caribbean. Contract work has historically been the best fit for me, however I am open to remote FTE as long as there's a focus on async comms rather than telepresence.

I have 4 years of SW experience with my focus mostly on the backend. I enjoy exploring new types of problems and ideas that broaden my understanding where the world of software is heading (web frameworks, microservices, programming languages) with my most recent interest lying in WASMs. Looking for any general backend engineering role looking to solve interesting problems in their space

I'm a junior/intermediate fullstack developer who enjoys keeping up to date on new technologies and always learning. The last couple years I've been doing contract work for a consulting company, mainly building a document management web app with React/TypeScript. Now I'm looking for an opportunity to work on a larger team of talented developers where I can learn from others and also share my knowledge. Looking for front-end, back-end, or fullstack role with a slight preference towards back-end. Open to learning new languages.
