they may be sending invites from the categories populated least to most. Just a theory based off the anecdote that most consumer categories haven't heard back.

people on https://yc.metachat.com/ are saying 25-30 percent of interview slots are already filled. about 200 still open. seems like a lot of invites have been sent.

If you go to apply.ycombinator.com and then “Previous Applications” if your W18 is there I’m guessing it’s a no?! But I could be wrong!
