#483Coder is an AI software development company leading the future of autonomous coding. We empower teams to build software faster, more securely, and at scale through the collaboration of AI coding agents and human developers. Our mission is to make agentic AI a safe, trusted, and integral part of every software development lifecycle.
Coder’s self-hosted Agentic Development Environment (ADE) is the foundation for deploying agentic AI in the enterprise. It provides a secure, standardized, and governed workspace to deploy autonomous coding agents alongside human developers, accelerating innovation while maintaining control and compliance. Coder's isolated, policy-driven environments improve productivity, cut cloud costs, and reduce data risks. Developers transition to AI at their own pace using their own tools. Platform and security teams can govern, audit, and manage a great developer experience at scale.

#484We're a boutique commercial real estate advisory in NYC building two production web applications: a CRE search platform and a property management platform with QuickBooks integration. Both are live with real users. Stack is Next.js 14, TypeScript, Supabase/Postgres, Prisma, Anthropic Claude API, Mapbox, Vercel + Contabo.
Hiring one senior full-stack engineer to take both products from early-stage to production-mature. You'll work directly with the founder — no engineering managers, no PMs, no committees. 35–40 hrs/week, 6-month minimum, exclusive. Rate is $4,000–5,000 USD/mo for India-based engineers and $5,000–6,000 USD/mo for engineers in Europe or Latin America.
Requirements: 5+ years full-stack, 3+ shipping production web apps, strong Next.js/React + TypeScript, shipped at least one production LLM integration (Claude preferred, OpenAI fine), 2+ hours daily overlap with NYC, available for a 30-min video check-in every weekday at 9:30am ET. This is a product engineering role that calls the Claude API, not an ML/research role.
Non-negotiables: you personally write 100% of the code (no subcontracting, no "my team"), video on for all calls, personal verified GitHub, Hubstaff time tracking, ID check + one prior-client video reference before contract signing.

We respond to qualified applicants within one week. No DMs — please apply through the form.

We had an interview scheduled at the start of February which you cancelled with 30 minutes notice stating you had filled the position. Since then, the position has been posted online and to HackerNews hiring threads. Perhaps there has been a communication mix up here? (also, when I tried to sign up to your service it was impossible to actually log in)

I've seen this company advertise this job every place they can and I applied to them a bunch and never once heard back. These guys are a certified Fake Job Poster.
I have thoughts on WellFound (formerly AngelList)... Is Wellfound a scam? Or has it become one? I'd been on the job market four months. Every day I did the rounds: Levels, Wellfound, YC/jobs, Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn. It is what it is, as a crappy jobs market. Wellfound? I didn't ever hear from anything from their job ads. And I'm pretty certain that whatever Wellfound/AngelList was, it has become a company that j…
