Beterra is looking for an engineer in a very early-stage (4 folks) team to make a big impact in the hospital patient safety space. You'll work closely with a talented and friendly team of subject matter experts to legitimately make a difference in outcomes at hospitals across the world.

We're moving from a single product focused on survey data intake and analytics to an additional product based on workflow-driven improvement. Over 150 hospitals already use our analytics, and we're getting great signals about our next product. Our entire application is built in Rails, and our analytics visualization is built in Ember.
